Check the data entry in the date fields. If the Contract End has been entered with the wrong year (i.e., May 21, 2004 instead of May 21, 2003) you would get an error message because the Contract End should not be after the Job End Date. This error can also occur when the position/suffix on the EPAF has already been used to create a job. If this is the case the next suffix # needs to be used.
