An entitlement city was not identified as a Subrecipient during the MOD process. What type of agreement can be put in place to set-aside a specific amount of funding to serve homes in that city?

TDHCA’s Subrecipient and the City can enter into an inter-local agreement to reserve a specified amount of funding for that community. TDHCA will not be a party to that agreement; however in the event that an inter-local agreement is reached, TDHCA will monitor the contract for compliance with the agreement.
