An employee holding two job positions with a single employer has resigned from one position, but not both. How is that reported?
The termination status code (TRMNTN) is used only when the employee terminates all positions with the employer. If the employee is terminating only from one of the two positions held, the employee’s Work Status End Date should reflect the date of termination on the appropriate position’s Member Contract Record.
