Crows are reckoned to be the smartest ,but I think Blue T**s are, look how quick they were to solve the problem of getting free milk they soon learn ed how to open the milk bottle tops.The dumbest I think are Pheasants they never look before they cross the road thats why there are more flattened on the roads than any other bird.
