American Idol Top 12 Guys Fight For Votes, Who Leads ?
After Tuesday’s less-than-stellar round of performances on American Idol, all bets were placed on the Top 12 guys. But, did they measure up ? Wednesday night’s first round for the guys, performing live, kicked off with Todrick Hall, performing “Since You’ve Been Gone”. While his version of the song was creative, he kicked off a train of underwhelming responses from judges. Besides receiving a congrats for creativity from Kara, Hall was left empty handed as was Tim Urban. “We absolutely made the right decision the first time around by not putting you through based on that performance,” Simon Cowell explained shortly after Urban’s performance of One Republic’s “Apologize”. The judges failed to praise the retro style of Tyler Grady too. He performed The Guess Who’s “American Woman.” But, reviews of early favorite Andrew Garcia’s performance were surprising. After performing “Sugar We’re Going Down,” Simon Cowell gave Andrew Garcia some of the night’s harshest words, calling the performanc
