America invented soccer; did any other counties invent sports or was it just the US?
Britain invented soccer, and rugby as a variation of that. I think we also invented Cricket. Martial arts were largely born in Asia. Ireland invented hurling, and its a safe bet that things like Australian rules football, and shinty and all the other sports that are largely based in one coouty were invented in that area.
The US hasnt invented ANY sports All they have dsone is look at other sports an adapted themn and called them their own Soccer = football US football = Rugby Baseball = rounders (A GIRLS GAME) The world series, a competition the US can only enter The only sport they havent adopted is cricket, because they dont understand it (but then again, neither does anyone else)
