Am I too “old” to train with the Optimum Anabolics program?
I currently have guys all the way up into their late 60’s and early 70’s who have reported great results with the Optimum Anabolics program and a new-found twinkle in their wife’s eye (Oh honeyyour biceps are SO big!) However there ARE some possible modifications I suggest for my old- er (emphasis on the – er part) clientele. However, it will really be a judgment call for you based upon your evaluation of what your body will allow you to do. Know your limits and adjust which and how many exercises you do. Now, let’s take a look at some realistic expectations and changes First, you obviously won’t see the same exact increases in testosterone that we saw in our 20’s ( Aaaahh remember those days?). But you WILL see an increase and depending upon your own bio-chemistry, it could be VERY significant depending upon which cycle of the program you’re in. Besides, since us guys start seeing decreases in testosterone levels beginning at about age 40, this type of a program is EXACTLY what my old
