Am I too old for the DeltaFit Program?
There are no specific age limits that apply to use of the DeltaFit Program. With that said, you should always check with your physician before starting an exercise, and/or nutrition program, especially if you have any special clinical, or medical considerations. The pace of progression, or how the workouts become more challenging over time is substantial in only an 8 week period. The workouts can be modified to make them less intense, and the pace of progression can be varied, but DeltaFit is designed for healthy adults with normal mobility.
