Am I the only one upset that Britain has a parliament system?
You seem rather confused. The government is elected by the people and is made up of members of parliament. We have two parliamentary houses, the house of commons and the house of lords. The house of lords does still have some hereditary peers but the regulations have been changed so that members are elected in the future. The house of lords is only there to veto some decisions before they become law. I don’t think this system is perfect by any means and there is a certain amount of corruption but compared with the other systems operating in the world, I have to say I think it is the best option. At heart I am a communist but it has proven to be a failure because of the corruption of the people holding the power.
