Am I the only one sick of gruesome, graphic movie advertisements?
A couple years ago, I remember going to a kids movie with my friends 7 year old. They showed preview for the horror/ghost movie Lady of the Lake. Her son was totally freaked out, he was so scared he would throw up every time he thought about it. He was even too scare to go see Charlotte’s Web because he was terrified there would be a scary preview. I agree it’s totally unnecessary. Especially when you are not warned in any way that there is about to be to be a scary movie preview, and then there it is. And your kid has to be tormented with the nightmares for months. I even change channels when the “Unborn” preview comes on, and I’m in my 30s. It’s very inappropriate to show this during American Idol….
