Am I supposed to receive additional Holiday Inn Club materials in the mail after purchasing?
Most of the documentation you will receive was given to you in your Closing Package. Within the first 6 months of closing, expect a letter from our Deeding department, a welcome letter and a Membership Card in the Primary Owner’s name for the account. Your membership number will be provided to you at closing, and you may call the Club approximately 6-8 weeks after closing to confirm your account is complete with RCI.
