Yes, you are required to submit the annual maintenance form and fee each year of your five year certification cycle to keep your certification active even if you do not receive the form in the mail. NCTRC will send you an annual maintenance notice at least eight to ten weeks prior to your expiration date. If for some reason you do not receive your notice by the first of the month in which your certification is due, please obtain the form from NCTRC’s website at www.NCTRC.org or call the office so we can fax you the proper form.
