Yes. I mean, I don’t sweat all that much either! Some people just aren’t sweaty during exercising. Now, if I’m walking or jogging outdoors and it’s hot, yes, I sweat, but otherwise, when I’m indoors, my temperature stays normal. I mean, I feel exerted, so I think that’s enough of a sign.
