Am I roaming if I dial a different HiWAAY access number?
When you use your HiWAAY account to login to any of HiWAAY’s own local access numbers for Alabama this is NOT considered roaming. Our Global Roaming service is offered for those times when you leave the Alabama area and can’t cost effectively dial HiWAAY’s own direct access numbers as a local call.
