Am I required to pay the license verification fee if my license information cannot be located in Nursys®?
No. If your information is unable to be found in Nursys®, you will not be able to continue with the license verification process. To resolve this issue, please send a missing record inquiry request to your board of nursing. To send a missing record request, click on the Send Missing Record Inquiry link. Complete the required information and select the board of nursing that you want to submit the missing record request to. Please note your information will be forwarded to Nursys® from your license board of nursing as they submit their licensure updates to Nursys®.
