Am I required to pay drayage to the General Service Contractor for bringing in rented Computer/Audio Visual Equipment?
When you order your equipment through the show’s recommended vendor (the vendor that supplied the form in your Exhibitor Service Manual) you are not charged drayage by the General Service Contractor. However, should you order though an outside vendor, the contractor is likely to receive the equipment at the dock and charge drayage as with any other dock delivery.
