Am I required to have my biography or photograph posted on the Quaqua website in order to volunteer?
A. No. We encourage key volunteers to do so in order to help the public appreciate Quaqua’s talented and diverse pool of volunteers. However, many of our volunteers choose not to do so. Such a choice is not held to their disadvantage. The “Volunteer biographies” page is generally reserved for volunteers who are filling posts described in Quaqua’s By-Laws. Similarly, if placed on timely notice, Quaqua will do its best to accomodate applicants, award recipients, contributors, and others who have special security or privacy needs.
