If you have previously been registered as insurance intermediaries in Hong Kong during the year, those periods of registration will be taken into account in assessing the number of CPD Hours required. • Whether my previous registration with IARB or PIBA in this year matters? Top Yes. Period of previous registration as insurance intermediaries in IARB or PIBA will be taken into account as if being registered with CIB when deciding the requisite CPD Hours in the relevant year.
