Am i really unfit and fat ?
Are you sure you have 30% body fat? It seems like it’s more around 21-22ish%. Don’t feel bad – running takes a lot of practice. I run on the treadmill for 10minutes straight (a mile in distance) and afterward, I feel like I’m going to die! haha. I’m just not used to it. You should try speed intervals. Run really fast for around a minute, and then run at a slower jog (or power walk) for another minute. It helped me build my ability to run a mile straight. How far exactly are you running in that 10 minutes? Additionally, take into consideration your diet.
