Changing your exercise routine, changing your diet, stress, or even just going off the pill are all things that could change your cycle, along with a long list of other things. If you’re really worried about it, take a pregnancy test to see what it says. If it’s negative, then wait it out and see what happens for September. At the end of the month, if you still haven’t had a period again, I’d contact your doctor if pregnancy tests are coming out negative. And if one happens to come out positive, well, congratulations! But since you changed your exercise routine and just got off the pill, it’s probably just an irregular period brought on from that. Since you had sex in June, the odds of still having a period in June and July and being pregnant are pretty slim.
