The answer to your question is yes there is a possibility that you are pregnant, even if you experienced menstrual bleeding this month. Many women, and this may be the case with you, spot after they have conceived, and you may be experiencing spotting during your early pregnancy, often perceived by the woman as her period. There is always a chance for pregnancy when you’re having unprotected sex. It doesn’t matter if it’s the first, second or fiftieth time. Any time you engage in intercourse without protection there is a chance of pregnancy. Given your symptoms, and the fact that I’m not sure how heavy your menses was and for how many days, I reccomend that you get to your doctor as soon as possible.
