you may have already had an increase of cervical mucus. When your BBT rises, it means that you already ovulated and the cervical mucus is probably dried up. Try an ovulation test like the kind you pee on (clear blue easy ovulation test) you test for 7 days and it tells you that you WILL ovulate in 24-36 hours. That way, when you get a positive, you can have intercourse before you ovulate, increasing your chances. The egg can only live for a few hours, sperm lives for a few days so sex before ovulation is better for a pregnancy. Good luck!
