Am I overweight,underweight or just right?
If you were an adult I’d say you were underweight – at 5ft 2 you should be at least 110lbs. But your body still has a lot of changing to do so I wouldn’t worry about it too much – health is the most important thing so make sure you have an active lifestyle (plenty of walking or cycling is good enough – no need to work out like a maniac) and eat a healthy balance of wholegrain carbs, meats and fish, fruit and veg and low-fat dairy.
