Yes it’s ok to use post cement as you use quite a dry mix for posts anyway. Concrete even go’s hard in water believe it or not as it doesn’t get hard by drying out, it’s hardened by curing and actually needs to be moist to harden and go off. Click this link for more info and good luck.
