You should be due again for a blood test but at the moment there say your already taking iron it can take up to 3 months for iron to make a differents .I take 3 iron tablets a day just had my blood done due to start iron injections next week and they hurt .Try eating food with iron in and take your time getting up so you don’t get light headed or dizzy. good luck .
