Am i lacking something in my diet or not getting enough sleep?
At your age you should sleep 8-10 hours a day, so you sleep good. Then maybe it’s your diet, you should have 3 balanced meals a day. Your meals should provide you with the essential nutrients like carbohydrates, fats, proteins, etc. Or it could be that you’re very active through the day or very very bored (when i get bored i feel sleepy and tired). But surely your cold has an effect on you! I have a cold at the moment too and i feel tired and all i want to do is sleep and wake up healthy again. So my advice is: Eat well, Sleep well, and don’t ignore that cold ’cause it may develop into something worse! For your cold, drink hot soup, take some vitamin C, eat an orange, wear some warm clothes and wear SOCKS!
