Am I going to feel hungry on the ProPoints plan?
No. We’ve designated certain foods as Weight Watchers Filling & Healthy foods because they are low in energy density (bulky foods that are low in ProPoints values) and will help to give you lasting satisfaction. Proteins like lean meats are a good example, as are whole grains like brown rice. And all fruits and many vegetables have a ProPoints value of zero, so you can always eat these healthy foods as snacks or to add bulk to a meal.
