Am I experiencing normal blood sugar levels?

Normal blood sugar levels range (depending on the laboratory) from 70-120 mg/dL. Both your levels were within a normal range, pre and post meal. Hemoglobin A1c testing would be a better measure of indicating whether your blood sugar levels were too high overall for a period of time. However, there is no adequate test to verify if your blood sugar levels are chronically low (from insulin overdose) other than evaluating how you feel, or a glucose tolerance test. You would need at least 3 weeks of daily testing after fasting (eating your breakfast and checking your sugar levels 30 min before eating and 1 hour post meal) to determine whether you had any noticeable trends. Keep on doing what you are doing and maintain a daily diary to show your endocrinologist when next you see him/her.
