Am i experiencing implantation bleeding or a period?
That is your period honey. Implantation bleeding is only spotting, not a flow. Lasts no longer than 3 days and is brown or pink never red. Google “implantation bleeding” and every site out there will tell you the same thing. You had a strange period because you are sick. Fevers are not indicative to pregnancy. That also explains your “symptoms”. You are sick darling.
