Am i entitled to income and housing benefit when my baby is born ?
housing will be based on everyone’s income, so if i were you, i would try to apply for houseing for you. this means you will be put on a list from housing authority and you will have to wait til your number is called. you will get into housing based on your income or get a voucher for chapter 8 housing. you can get TANF but again, these things you should be appling for now at DHS and its based on your income. unless there is a reason you can’t work, I would start working now because you can get insurance, possibly maturnity leave.
I really hope that you are entitled to and get sod all! You are exactly the sort of person that really p****s me off. You have a partner earning £25000 a year, although I think a lot of your question is BS. You say also that he is on £14000. Which is it? Why do you need benefits? You bleat on about wanting a new flat, jobseekers allowance, income support and housing benefit. You also say that your partner pays maintenance for another kid. I money is that tight he should have kept his todger buttoned up shouldn’t he? I work 40 hours a week for around £14000 pa, and pay taxes to support leeches like you. Do you wonder people like me get upset? If you need the benefits, you should have thought about it before you got pregnant by a man who lets your parents carry the cost of feeding you and ultimately your baby. Scrounger! ***** In answer to you comments added PS, we do manage on less than £200 pw quite comfortably because we don’t waste it on frivolities. I also consider that as you got s
I don’t think so because your having assistance(your partner). You should work until you have the baby and save money, so you can get off assistance and start a life together. I worked until I went into labor and saved enough money to stay home for 3 months and am back at work, so my baby can have a better life.
