Under certain conditions allowed by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), you can make changes to your plan outside the Annual Election Period. Some of these reasons include a permanently changing your residence, becoming newly eligible for the Extra Help Program or losing eligibility with the Extra Help Program, and losing health coverage through your employer or other provider. To see if you may qualify for an enrollment change, please call Customer Service at 1-866-684-5353, 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. in your local time zone (TTY users call 1-866-684-5351) 7 days a week.
