Am I eligible to apply for a liquor licence?
Any person 18 years or older, or a body corporate such as a company, incorporated association or co-operative, may apply for a liquor licence. The following persons are eligible to apply for a liquor licence. A person 18 years or older may apply for a liquor licence: • in his or her own name, or • if a member of a partnership, on behalf of that partnership, or • if a member of a committee of management of a club that is not a body corporate, on behalf of that club, or • if a director of a body corporate, on behalf of that body corporate • any persons 18 years or older • a body corporate such as a company, incorporated association or co-operative • member of a partnership on behalf of the partnership • member of the committee of management of a club that is not a body corporate on behalf of the club.
