Am I eligible for the ShopSmart with JEA program?
JEA residential (single family, mobile and multifamily homes with 2 to 4 units) account holders residing in JEA electric service territories in Northeast Florida are eligible for the program. All customers participating in the program must be on a JEA residential electric rate and reside in the JEA service territory. Program is open to owners and renters. However, renters must obtain written permission from property owner/landlord for incentive eligibility.
