Am I correct in thinking RR Donnelley will be using an older version of HTML (3.2) and not the current industry standard version (HTML 4.0)?

To comply with the SEC rule, we are required to use a limited subset of HTML Version 3.2 in preparing EDGAR HTML filings. However, for web postings (a post-filing process), our HTML department is fully conversant with Version 4.0.
