A232. To the best of my knowledge, the answer is yes. There is somewhat of a difference in implementation, however. In SSTEMP, if you don’t know the solar radiation, it will estimate it for you. This is true in SNTEMP as well, but in SNTEMP, if you are running more than a single “year” simulation and you do supply ground level solar radiation, the program only looks at the last year’s worth of data and uses the ratio of what it estimates and what you supply to adjust all the other years’ estimates for each time period of the year. These ratios appear near the top of Table 6.
