Am I completely unfit, sort of unfit, or normal?
I would say extremely unfit. Your weight is low, but since it seems like you don’t have any muscle because of your fitness testing scores, it’s probably all fat. That’s why the BMI system is so whacked and doesn’t work for everyone. Mile is very slow-I am out of shape right now and here are my stats: Mile-9:19 Sit ups: 43 in a minute Push ups-5 Sit and reach-32 Shuttle run: 9.6 seconds. btw…the belly is HUGE for a 13 year old! Watch out, because if you have this high a body fat percentage, then you will have a heart attack or something quite soon. If you want to lose weight, diet, exercise…you know the stuff. Good luck!
