No you are not allowed to reinstate your contract. Once the contract is up to terms (once your first 4 month is up) you will have 2 options. One, is to extend your rental contract via monthly. Or option two that you would like to discontinue/terminate our services. It is a mandatory 4 month term sign up anytime, a vendor/tenant wants to sign/resign with us, even if you are a recurring tenants/vendor, it is mandatory. The tenant/vendors are allowed to give a minimum of one month’s notice of contract cancellation but only after a minimum of 3 months paid rent has first been fulfilled. Therefore by the beginning of the 4th month, we will issue a email and asking what you would like to do.
