Am I allowed to share confidential information regarding a family’s outstanding co-payment with another program?
Yes. Programs administering EEC financial assistance may share information about a family’s payment history with another program in which the family will be enrolling (or plans to enroll) their children in order to facilitate the enrollment process. Please be advised that a family’s EEC financial assistance must be terminated for non-payment of required co-payments.
