Am I allowed to open a second or multiple locations within my “Defined Market Area” without paying additional Licensing Fees?

[Please ask any franchises you may be considering this same question, but be prepared to receive an entirely different answer!] Our Trademark License Agreement states: “Licensee may open additional locations within the ‘Defined Market Area’ at Licensee’s discretion provided that Licensee or its majority owner maintains a majority interest in each such additional business.” No additional Licensing Fee is required.
