The Bendigo e-banking service allows customers to request a duplicate copy of a previously issued statement. To request a statement, logon to Bendigo e-banking and choose the Customer Services category from the top navigation menu then select the Request a Statement item from the side navigation menu. Complete the relevant fields and a statement will be sent to you via post. Alternatively, you may request that an ‘Account History’ be faxed to you. This service is available by choosing the Accounts category from the top navigation menu then selecting the Account History item from the side navigation menu. Once you have completed a search using the search options provided, transactions for the period requested can be faxed by selecting the ‘Fax Now’ button. Customers may request a cheque book for any account registered for Bendigo e-banking that has a cheque book facility in place. To request a cheque book, logon to Bendigo e-banking and choose the Customer Services category from the top
