No. The current Queensland legislation (Transport Operations (Road Use Management – Vehicle Registration) Regulation 1999) prevents Queensland Transport from releasing details regarding the damage sustained to a vehicle. However, an additional warning message will now appear on the reports relating to water damaged vehicles recorded under WOVC. It will now alert the customer to the fact that it has been recorded as water damaged and they may wish to have the vehicle inspected.
