Am i able to claim disability living allowance if i am diagnosed with complex post traumatic stress disorder?
As long as you are still in treatment and are unable to work because of your diagnosis nothing will change. You will continue to receive the same benefits as you have in the past. It really isn’t about diagnosis it is about your disability and you ability to work or not. This new diagnosis has not changed the fact that you still have a state of mind that prevents you from working. Please don’t worry about losing your benefits as that won’t happen. I am sorry that you are suffering and the last thing you need to worry about is your disability payments. Take care of yourself!
