Although I have Microsoft Outlook Express correctly installed on my PC, the “Import” button is dimmed in Sales Master. What is the problem?
Sales Master does not import data directly from Outlook Express. It is 100% compatible with both Microsoft Outlook 2002(XP) and Microsoft Office Outlook 2003. To import your Outlook Express address book, export it as a comma-delimited CSV file then import it by pressing the “Import: CSV file…” menu item.
