Although I have Microsoft Outlook correctly installed on my PC, sometimes Sales Master encounters problems in importing my contacts from it. What is the problem?
Sales Master is 100% compatible with both Microsoft Outlook 2002(XP) and Microsoft Office Outlook 2003. If you are using an older version of Microsoft Outlook, Sales Master will import your contacts but sometimes an error message saying: “Interface not supported.” appears. This message sometimes appears also if you are using Microsoft Windows XP. Although, in all cases, your contacts would be correctly imported.
