$50K/yr budget but seldom does it ever get all used. Yet with a city facing million in shortfalls the NCs, like other fiefdoms, refuse to take a budget cut when thousands are sitting in their bank accts unspent. We’ve devolved as a society as evidenced by Aaron who feels name calling is the best way to respond.
