Dont worry! Remember that the original ticket is kept by Lotera del Paraguay, S.A. in Asuncin, Paraguay and the note we send you, have digital security devices that make it unique. In the case that you lost it, send an email to customerservices@newsuper6.com with all your data, the game you participated in, so we can check your ticket. You can also print your note in the section See my plays. When you click there will be displayed a screen that show you all your plays and clicking in See Ticket you can check your note and print it for asking for your prize.
