Almost 6 months pregnant and ALWAYS have a low grade temp. What could this be?

I’m 21 weeks pregnant and I have had a low grade temp since the very beginning, it stays around 98.9F-99.2F (if I recall I think that’s 32c or just over). My doctor was not concerned he said it’s most likely a combination of things including my immune system in overdrive fighting off potential germs and infection. All i know for sure is that I seem to be much warmer these days and that’s not a bad thing for me. If your concerned call your doctor or midwife, they will be happy to put your mind at ease and talk about what’s going on.
