all things being equal elsewhere, do women really prefer taller men?
I do prefer taller men. I was always the tallest person in my elementary classes…Not fat at all, just tall. I felt huge and oafish among the other petite girls. It was also awkward wearing flats on dates just so I didn’t loom over the boys. So, yes, I love having my 6 foot 5 inch husband who makes me feel like the petite darlings I always admired growing up. PS. Yes, I have gotten over the sillyness of feeling too tall as an adult..it’s still nice to have my even taller husband who makes me feel safe and complements my height. PSS. This is also the same reasoning most men use when they seek out petite women…they look bigger and more masculine in comparison.
