Click on the DEVICES button and select the DCM. If this does not activate the other buttons, then the DCM driver is not loaded or there is a system conflict, or the DCM hardware card is not installed properly. Check to make sure that the card is properly installed and the driver is loaded. You can also try to change the card into another PCI slot. A setting in the BIOS may also solve this problem. Reboot your computer and enter the BIOS Setup utility. Try to find a line “PnP OS” or “Plug and Play OS”. This line can be found in the “PNP/PCI configuration” section on some motherboards but also in the “boot” section on others. Set this “PnP OS” line on “No”. Doing so, the resources used by the DCM will be assigned directly by the BIOS, according to the specific features of your motherboard.
