If your office is a member of MLS PIN, you can post those same listings on Boston.com quickly and with very little effort. Basic listings without photos are free. (Premium packages are also available for an additional charge, which include photos, realtor logos, website links, virtual tours, open houses, email links and more). Once your feed is set up, it is an automated system and listings will be loaded daily. Any agent who is a member of MLS PIN may give Boston.com permission to post their MLS PIN listings on Boston.com Real Estate, which generates 11 million pageviews a month.
